The built-in fan draws room air into the unit, filters out dust, then forces it across the coil. During cooling, chilled water cools the air while condensate forms for dehumidification; during heating, hot water warms the air. Conditioned air is discharged vertically upward or at an angle from the supply outlet into the room.
